Amy Reger

Before founding PoliOps, Amy was the Organizing for America National Operations Director at the Democratic National Committee. In 2008, she was the Campaign for Change Budget Director at the Democratic National Committee, where she served as the bridge between the Democratic National Committee, Obama for America, and state parties in battleground states on financial issues.

Prior to 2008, she spent six years working at a non-profit and for newspapers in Virginia and five years working on political campaigns, including two years as the Executive Director of the Democratic Party of Virginia.

Amy was born and raised in Wisconsin, where she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1996. She lives in Richmond, VA.

Leigh Anne Collier

With a background in fundraising and operations at the state and national level, Leigh Anne brings dual perspectives to clients. Before joining PoliOps, she was the Director of Development at the Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy.

During the 2008 presidential primary, she served as a liaison between state operations and national headquarters at Hillary for President. Leigh Anne’s political experience includes Kaine for Governor, McAuliffe for Governor, and the Democratic Party of Virginia. She is currently the Treasurer of Emerge Virginia, an organization devoted to training women candidates for local office.

A native of Virginia, Leigh Anne is a graduate of the University of Richmond. She lives in Richmond with her husband and son.

Norm Greene

Prior to joining PoliOps, Norm worked to build internal systems for some of the largest progressive political organizations in the country. These systems provided the necessary infrastructure needed to support winning campaigns as well as planned/strategic and at times unforeseen growth.

Norm's passion centers on building back office tools that support an organization's mission through targeted investments that focus resources financial and otherwise on scalable solutions to solve compliance and other financial and operational challenges. His experience spans 4 presidential campaigns, national multi-site non-profits, and public service.

Having worked in the White House during President Obama's first term, Norm had the opportunity to work in collaboration with other white house officials to bring new technologies and a best in class CRM system so the President could more effectively communicate with the American people. He brings this experience and strategic visioning to large and small organizations alike.

A New Jersey native, Norm lives in Washington, DC with his wife and three daughters.

Mike Myers

As the Chief Technical Officer at PoliOps, Mike Myers is responsible for developing new features and designing applications and reports for client systems.

In addition to serving as the Deputy Voter File Manager for the Washington State Coordinated Campaign in 2010, he spent over 4 years as a Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Political Science Department, running studies ranging from investigating political corruption to international surveys on candidate appearance. He has been credited in numerous academic papers and his research has been published in the prestigious journal, World Politics.

Mike has degrees in International Relations and History from Boston University.
